1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Q5Bet Game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 5 Withdrawals

6 Bonuses and Promotions

9 Account Suspension and Closure

• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to Q5Bet Game.
• Multiple account creation by the same player.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Any behaviour deemed harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

In the event of an account suspension, any balance held on the account will be reviewed. Where a suspension is found to be the result of fraudulent activity, balances may be forfeited in full. Where a suspension is resolved in the player's favour, the account and balance will be reinstated.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting Q5Bet Game support. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to verification.

10 Intellectual Property
